THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:
* A minimum gratuity of 15% of your party total is to be paid to your party instructors via cash at the end of your child’s party as they are providing a service to you and your guests with activities, serving of food & cleanup
* All birthday parties require a non-refundable $100 deposit to hold the date & time chosen.
*Deposit must be received within one (1) business day from date of booking and the remaining party balance is due 2 weeks prior to your party date.
*If you book a party within 3 weeks of the party date, payment in full is due upon booking.
*There is a 1 month (30 calendar days) notice and a $25 fee needed in order to reschedule your party and is based on our availability. Discounted parties can not be rescheduled once booked with a deposit. There is a $100 fee needed in order to reschedule for within less than 1 month (30 calendar days) notice and is to be paid in full at time of reschedule.
*No cancellations allowed within 1 month (30 calendar days) of party date and full payment is still required.
*There are no discounts given on any package booked that has less children attend than the maximum amount of children included in the package that you choose. (Example package 1 with 18 max children included and you only have 10 attend)
*Only Rascals Gym Staff can set up for parties.
*There will be an additional charge of $20/child for every child ages 6 months and older over the maximum amount of children included in the package that you select.
*Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by their parent/caregiver on the gym floor at all times during party.
*All children participating must be barefoot and all adults must remove shoes upon entering the facility (however they can leave socks on).
*Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your child’s party start time, allowing us time to clean & set up.
*NO OPEN CUPS ALLOWED for children or adults (must be bottles, cans or juice boxes).
*No Large trays of food such as pasta, rice, chicken & etc (pizzas, bagels & finger food such as veggie platter, goldfish cracker etc are allowed but inquire before booking in regards to what you are wanting to serve)
*If you originally book a party with Sunday pricing and pay to switch within 30 days after booking to a Saturday party, you will still be responsible for Sunday pricing
* There is a $50 fee per additional Birthday child to share a booked party with another family
*No Refunds for parties already booked under deposit or paid in full
